Frequently Asked Questions

What is a printable?

A printable is a digital file that you receive to download immediately following your purchase. You download to your computer, and either print using your own printer or using a printing website such as Snapfish or Shutterfly. When purchasing a printable, please keep in mind there may be slight variations in color due to the differences in printing processes and computer screens.

Is anything sent through the mail?

When purchasing a printable or stock photo/mockup, it is not sent through the mail. You will be emailed a link to download the printable through. Keep this in mind before purchasing.

Do you do custom designs/printables?

Absolutely! I would love to work with you. Message me to discuss what you’d like done and I can get started on your project.

Are your designs for personal use only?

But please do not email the files to someone else, or use my prints as your own in any way. No selling or using with your own designs. Please contact Rissa if you have a specific question about commercial use, or want to discuss working together and selling my work in a brick and mortar shop.
